Pyridium is a urinary tract analgesic used to relieve symptoms of irritation caused by urinary tract infections (UTIs), surgery, injury, or catheter use. It provides symptomatic relief from pain, burning, urgency, and frequency, but does not treat the underlying infection. The medication is usually used short-term, in combination with antibiotics when prescribed for UTIs.

Mebendazole is used to treat infections caused by worms. It works by keeping the worm from absorbing sugar (glucose), so that the worm loses energy and dies. This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.

This prescription medication is utilized to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy and postoperative recovery. Aprepitant functions as an NK₁ receptor antagonist, blocking the action of substance P, a neuropeptide involved in inducing vomiting. Typically, the dosing schedule involves a 125 mg dose on Day 1, followed by 80 mg doses on Days 2 and 3, taken orally with or without food. Common side effects include constipation, indigestion, headache, fatigue, loss of appetite, and hiccups.
